It is a nice apartment, fully equipped, suitable for 2-4 people. It´s got one main bedroom and other room (not completely closed) that I use as a studio, plus living room, complete kitchen (with washing-drying machine, no dishwasher) and one bathroom. I provide TV, VCR, DVD, PC with internet connection, a good hifi set with a great (well, I love it) music collection: opera, classical, jazz, standards... and my complete library, just in case you read Spanish.
The building is ten years old and it´s got elevator. |

| PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: In August, from 15th to 23rd we have the great summer feast (La Feria). An outrageously fun all day street party, more like Sanfermines without the bulls than like other andalusian ferias you may have heard of. I live just in the heart of the action and I've grown a little tired of it, so I would gladly swap to some northern europe destination around that week. I went to Prague last year and it was quite a fulfilling experience for both parties. I've been putting Manhattan in the top place for years, but as I visited it last year I'm going for a change: I would much love to get to know Chicago. One week around October 12th would be great. I'm always open for European towns with (or without) opera theatres for short swaps. Toscana, Umbria, Veneto, Napoli... anywhere in Italy. South of France. Istanbul. Scotland, Ireland... ¿Japan? the list is huge. Just try and tempt me, I'm easy. | |||
